Explore Seely’s Terms of Use — crafted with precision, clarity, and trust.
Last updated: October 29, 2025
By accessing or using the Seely mobile application (“App”) or website (“Site”), you agree to be
bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use Seely.
Seely is an AI-powered visual search application that allows users to take a photo of a product and
discover where to purchase it online. The App uses Google Gemini API to analyze uploaded photos
and generate shopping results from affiliate partners. Seely does not sell products directly; it
redirects users to third-party retailers through affiliate links. Purchases and transactions take place
on those retailers’ websites.
Seely does not require registration or user accounts. By using the App, you confirm that you are at
least 13 years old and legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. You agree to use
Seely only for lawful purposes and not to upload content that is harmful, offensive, illegal, or
infringes the rights of others.
Seely contains links to third-party websites that are not under our control. We are not responsible
for their content, policies, or transactions. Our App earns revenue through affiliate partnerships.
When you purchase a product through a link provided by Seely, we may receive a commission.
This does not affect the price you pay.
When you upload a photo, it is sent directly to Google Gemini API for image analysis. Seely does
not store these photos on its servers. Processing is transient and used solely to identify similar
products.
Seely may access your device’s location data to personalize store recommendations and ensure
the App functions correctly. Location access is requested with user consent but is required for core
functionality.
All content, branding, and software in Seely are the property of Seely LLC or its licensors. You may
not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
Seely is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free
or uninterrupted. Seely LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the App,
including but not limited to third-party products, services, or transactions.
Seely complies with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act
(CPRA).
Seely collects and processes minimal personal data only when necessary to provide its core
functionality. Users have rights under these regulations, including the right to access, correct, or
delete their data. For details on how Seely handles user information, please refer to our Privacy
Policy at https://seely.co/privacy
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post a notice
in the App or on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. We may
suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any reason.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to
conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Mexico.
Users located in the European Union acknowledge that their data may be processed under
GDPR-compliant standards.
